A plan?

I hope I’m not setting myself up for future failure or a metabolism hault. I fasted for 16 hours today and only consumed 500 calories. I’m worried about losing a bunch of weight too fast and my body adapting to too little of calories. I wonder how long that takes.

I only ate a banana, a cheese stick,   cod  fried in olive oil, a little  bit of rice, and asparagus. 2 bites of carrots cake.

Really I am just cutting as much as possible before I start lifting weights again. Because once I get cut enough,  I will eat more and start lifting.

This is a good plan, I hope. But a challenge indeed.
