I left the corn out of that recipe to keep it Keto. I don’t like plain avacodo, but I couldn’t even taste it in this.
I also made some ground chicken broccoli stuff that I covered in cream cheese, half n half, and Mexican shredded cheese. It was so yummy. I love finding simple new recipes that are real food and of course Keto. I’m also a little frustrated because my Facebook group is lacking participation. Of the 25 members, only 3 or 4 actually post anything. I am just trying to help people stay motivated with their health goals. I want them to succeed and feel good about themselves.
