I’m back. Happy New Year! After 2 months of indulgences and feeling crappy, I decided to get back on the Keto wagon. I’m on day 5 and its gotten better every day. I started a Facebook group called Getting healthier in 2018. I really want to help others by being a good example and offering tips and experience. I post only evidence based articles and positive quotes. It’s hard getting people to participate though. I’m hoping it will pick up. Its only been 5 days.
I made keto pancakes and keto fat crack today. I discovered coconut butter and love 💘 it.
