Better days

It’s been a while since I’ve blogged. Hard to find the time sometimes. But I thought I’d do an update for anyone that might care. Mostly for myself though I guess. 

So , I’ve been on the keto and off the keto and sorta on. I’ve lost more weight- 6 lbs since August- and am keeping active. Lifting about 3 times a week. Cardio about 4-5 days a week.Lately I’ve been following Dr. Hyman and trying a lot of his recipes. I’ve been trying recipes from the Ultramind solution.  

It calls for a lot more vegetables and grains such as quinoa and amaranth. His recipes are all whole foods though. There’s no sugar, gluten, or anything artificial, which I like. Today I made my own protein bars. I still put ghee and MCT oil in my coffee every day. I’m also working on reducing my ingested toxins and cleaning my gut out. I’ve tried a lot of new products, like flax and borage oil in my smoothie, lots of ground flax, seeds and nuts. Lots of new flavors and stuff. You should check it out.
