It’s been over 3 months since I’ve posted anything. Just wanted to let ya all know I’m still here. It’s been a busy 3 months and I’ve been trying to really get back on track with my diet and workouts. I got a Fitbit Charge HR for my birthday and its been helping me stay on track. Here’s where I’m at today after a year of really changing my life.
Not as defined as I’d like to be, but am still working on it. My goal is as always, to continue to reduce my fat.
My workout today
Biceps Back and Shoulders all with 17lb. dumbbells
Bicep curls- 3 sets of 8
Hammer curls- 3×7 Concentration curls- 3×7 Bent over rows 3×10, Deadlifts 30xs using 70# barbell, Shoulder presses- 3×9, Rear delts- 3×8, Upright rows- 3×7, Squats- 30 with 2- 17# dumbbells held in front.
My calorie goal is 1200-1400 high protein, lower carb. Most days I have trouble doing this, but keep trying every new day.
