Happy Halloween! I’ll be working so hopefully won’t be too scary. Its been awhile since my last post. I can’t say that everything is great, but maybe a little better. I’ve only ran once since my 5K. I’m just not feeling it anymore. But I’ve been working a lot of overtime (5 twelves a week). And still working on our bathroom renovation on my days off. I’ve been trying to workout at least 4 days a week. Mostly doing circuits that I made up myself, trying to work all my muscles but doing more reps and lighter weights. I was getting bored with my routine. I don’t feel like what I’m doing is as effective in building muscle, but I’m just trying to do something.
My diet, mostly good, clean…veggies, chicken, egg whites, peanut butter, whey. But then I am sugar binging almost everyday. For some stupid reason, I just gotta have chocolate, and lots of it, or cookies, or whatever I can find. It’s crazy, cause I know not to eat it, but can’t stop. I haven’t gotten back into the program. But I know I will eventually hit bottom again, probably when I weigh myself…LOL.
