9/8/15 calorie, food, workout challenge

Today I ate pretty well. My typical egg whites and turkey bacon,  light OJ, for breakfast. A salad, chicken breast, and Greek yogurt, for lunch. A Java monster light vanilla coffee. A mozzarella cheese stick, turkey stick, and red peppers for dinner. A pre workout whey shake and a light chocolate Rockin refuel post workout. Oh an 3 Peppermint York patties. I managed 1286 Calories, 39 grams Fat, 115- Carbs, and 133- Protein.
I worked 12 hours, came home and walked/ran for 22 minutes- only 1.7 miles. Then did my shoulder weights. I increased my weights from 15 to 17 lbs but did only 3 sets of 6 on presses, Arnold’s, and rear delts, I did 3 sets of 8 on uprights and 6lbs on front and lateral raises.
I feel like I should be doing more by now but I’m going to save that story for another blog.
It’s 2200 hours and I’m getting up in 7 to go back to work for another 12. Tomorrow is biceps and back. So thanks and goodnight.
