I keep counting the days, but it kinda seems silly. I know I gave myself 30 days to meet a goal of losing 2 inches off my hips. I started recording and sharing everything I eat and do. I can’t say that it isn’t helping, because it definitely does. But I wonder if once the 30 days is up, will I stop blogging my meals and workouts, or will I have to continue doing it forever. Well, once 30 days is up, I will just have another goal for myself in which I will need to continue to make improvements in my eating habits and workouts. I just don’t know if I will need to keep writing about it everyday. It’s hard to say right now, but one thing is for sure, I’m not going to quit making goals or quit trying to eat better. Every day is a challenge and everyday is a chance to do better than yesterday.
Maybe you can read that if you make it bigger, but the totals are: 1523 calories, fat:67, carbs:119, protein: 117.
Not so good for a rest day, I’ll have to run it off tomorrow.
