Yah this is my gym. This is where it all happens. Doesn’t look like much does it? Well, I don’t need much, I like to keep things simple. I love my little gym room, I can close the door, crank up my tunes, turn on the TV and do what I need to do. I don’t have to worry about anyone judging me…I’m hard enough on myself as it is. I don’t have to worry about if my hair is messy or if my shorts are too short. I have enough room to dance, jump around, and don’t care how I look doing it. I keep a log of everything I do and I can push myself as I feel I need to. My gym doesn’t cost a lot of money and I have easy access to water and a bathroom across the hall. I start my workout when I’m ready and quit when I am done. The best thing, I don’t have to get in my car and drive anywhere. Sure it lacks in socialization, but I’m not good at socializing anyway. In this little room I call my gym it’s all about me, myself and I. I dedicate 1 hour 5 days a week to me right here. I actually look forward to it.
My diet today was ok not as good as it could be, seems like I’m an every other day cheater.
Breakfast – egg whites, turkey bacon, cheese, taco sauce, OJ and coffee. snack-Luna protein bar, and a donut. Lunch -BBQ chicken breast and green beans, Chobani Greek yogurt. Snack -donut, almonds, cherry tomatoes, and mozzarella stick.
Total for the day– 1310 Calories, Fat-53, Carbs-114, Protein-95
I didn’t eat any dinner, cause I already ate too much calories, damn donuts, I could have eaten a huge dinner for the 500 calories that the donuts cost. Just dumb. I blame it on….it’s that time. I weighed today and am still 140 pounds. So I haven’t lost or gained weight, but I can tell in the mirror that I look better than I did 3 weeks ago. Can’t wait to measure in 13 days.
No workout-It’s a rest day.

Proof you don’t need a gym the same as me. I had more equipment. But you can Fonda way.

I had a starter kit line that in HS and many clients train have similar. After one year of college I had to get a squat rack, 2 Olympic bars, 1600 pounds in Olympic and standard weight, as well as curling bars both types of dumb bells, various clamps including 5 pound ones and a leg extension leg curl and done more stuff. Cramped but all is needed. 🙂
