8/20/15 day 13 food/calorie,diet/workout challenge

Hey all, day 13 almost half way to 30 days. After 30 days is up, I will remeasure and hopefully will have lost 2 inches off my hips, at the least, cause that is my main goal. And actually my all time goal is to stay on task at all times. I did fine on my diet and calories today but felt pretty crappy and tired after work so didn’t workout. Went to bed at 9:00.

Meals were pretty much the same as usual. Egg whites, turkey bacon, OJ for breakfast.
Lunch was chicken breast, salad, and salsa with chips. I didn’t eat any dinner, just a whey protein shake. I had peanut, almonds and Mozzarella cheese for snacks in between.

Total 1163 calories, Fat-50, Carbs-60.5 Protein- 115
