8/17/15 Day10 of my diet, food,calorie challenge, lots of carbs not enough protein

My day off after the weekend. I know, most people are off on the weekend, not nurses. To me, weekends are just another day. All the days run together. Today, I walked/ran 3.5 miles around noon time. Then I worked out tonight doing shoulders. Shoulder presses, rear delts, uprights, and front/side lateral raises. I used 12 pound dumbbells for everything except the raises which could only do 5 pounds. I did 3 sets of 10 for everything except uprights, I do 4 sets of 10.


Breakfast egg whites, turkey bacon, cheese, taco sauce

Lunch A low carb tortilla with tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and deli chicken breast.

Tropical Smoothie peanut butter banana smoothie with whey

Dinner Tony’s Canadian bacon pizza

Snack- sweetpotato puffs

Grand Total 1430 Calories, Fat-48.8, Carbs- 138, Protein-103
