8/13/15 Diet, Calorie, Food Challenge Day 6

I think I did pretty well . I had the usual turkey bacon, egg whites, and light OJ for breakfast, I had a salad with hard boiled egg, cherry tomatoes, and light raspberry walnut vinaigrette dressing, and a chicken breast for lunch. I had two mozzarella sticks, a protein bar, turkey deli meat, Ritz peanut butter crackers, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and fig newtons for  snacks. There was some things I should not have eaten. One was Ritz peanut butter crackers. and Fig Newtons fat free, which added way too many carbs and calories. For dinner I just had a protein shake and 1/2 of a red bell pepper. I did work out when I got home from work. I rode the bike for 20 minutes and lifted 10 pounds only and did shoulders and triceps. Well, it has been 5 days since I worked out. And only minimally then. I could feel it stressing my side strain, and the last thing I want to do is reinjure it. overall,I felt pretty good about myself.

The Total 1530 Calories, Fat-57, Carbs-130, Protein-126


    • Thanks Ben, you’re probably right, I think I have an issue where if I think I eat too much at meals, that I might also snack anyways. Then I would be in trouble. But I see what you mean.
